2. The scientific research institutes are accepted into the structure
of “The state international organization "Academy of cognitive natural sciences"”
only after the sanction and reception
of the license of the author of unique cognitive modeling technology
(for the microscopic system, financial and complex analysis),
The Governments of RF and “The Russian author's society”
(as agreed with The Government of the foreign country for non-residents).

3. The settlement of disagreements and registration of the specified organizations is carried out.
